Mariposa Belize Beach Resort Placencia, Placencia

During my stay at Mariposa, I had the pleasure of dining at their Breezeway Restaurant, where the food was simply excellent. Every meal was a delight, particularly the fish entrees and the chicken with peanut mole sauce, which was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The restaurant offered a refreshing menu that changed daily based on local ingredients, keeping each meal exciting and delicious. The atmosphere was inviting, and it felt like a fine-dining experience right on the beach!

I was fortunate enough to stay in one of Mariposa's treehouses, and it exceeded all my expectations! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers on the bed. I particularly loved the privacy and the close proximity to nature, with the soothing sounds of birds accompanying my mornings. The amenities like the air conditioning and rain drop shower made the experience even more luxurious. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise!

My experience with the leisure facilities at Mariposa was really good. The beach was meticulously maintained and offered a serene atmosphere for relaxing. I took advantage of the complimentary paddleboards and kayaks, which were readily available for guests to explore the surrounding waters. After a day of activities, the peaceful ambiance allowed me to unwind completely. The entire environment was perfect for a rejuvenating getaway!

The bathroom in my treehouse room was a highlight of my stay at Mariposa. It featured eco-friendly toiletries and a spacious design, complemented by a rain shower which was perfect for a refreshing shower after a long day in the sun. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt right at home with all the modern amenities provided.
